Tailor's hands shaping a half-canvas jacket front
Process

A garment passes through many hands here. Each stage is a discipline of its own, and each one answers to the next. This is how a brief becomes something worth putting your name on.

One roof

Five stages, no hand-offs to strangers.

Because every stage lives in Arganil, a question in finishing can walk back to the cutting table in minutes. Nothing is lost in translation across borders or vendors — which is exactly why the quality holds, batch after batch.

Pattern making

Where a drawing becomes a buildable garment.

Our pattern makers translate your design — or your reference garment — into precise patterns, digitally and by hand. We develop the fit, grade the sizes, and resolve the construction before a single panel is cut. This is where most production problems are quietly prevented.

Cutting

Precision that every later stage depends on.

Cloth is lay-planned for efficient, faithful yield and cut to exact tolerance. Tailoring is unforgiving of a careless cut — a millimetre here becomes a pucker later — so this is treated as the foundation it is, with directional and matched panels handled with care.

Confection

The hours where the garment is truly built.

Skilled sewing lines assemble the garment, setting canvas, shaping the chest, closing seams and mounting sleeves. Our people move between structured half-canvas tailoring and softer builds with the same fluency — the kind of range that only comes from an experienced atelier.

Finishing

The details that read as quality.

Pressing gives the garment its line; buttonholes, trims and hand-finished touches give it its character. Each piece is shaped, steamed and dressed so it leaves us looking exactly as it should on the rail and on the body.

Quality control

Nothing ships on hope.

Inspection runs through every stage, not just the end. Measurements, construction, symmetry and finish are checked against the approved sample, and a final audit signs off each batch before it is packed. If it isn't right, it doesn't leave.

We make clothes the way we'd want them made for us — patiently, and accountable at every step.
